Samuel Allen
Postdoctoral Research Associate
I completed my undergraduate in Geography and MPhil in Population Health Sciences (Infectious Diseases) at the University of Cambridge. I am currently in the process of finishing up my DPhil in the School of Geography and the Environment here in Oxford, which has focussed on the spatial epidemiology of Lyme disease in the UK.
My current role at OSGA is funded by the Oxford Martin School Pandemic Genomics programme and is focussed on the issue of equitability in the production, sharing, and use of genomic datasets during infectious disease outbreaks.
