Information for Disabled Students

Oxford School of Global and Area Studies welcomes applications from prospective students with disabilities, and will make any reasonable adjustments to facilitate access to our courses.

We would encourage you to make contact with our Disability Lead for OSGA, Dr Paul Irwin Crookes (Director of Graduate Studies) and the Disability Coordinator Sarah Dewick (Academic Coordinator) to find out how we can help.

The School is based in several buildings in North Oxford, some of which are very old buildings, which can make disabled access difficult for some applicants. If you have any concerns regarding access please contact your course administrator for more details.  The University also has a useful page with accessibility information for all of the University's building and colleges.

Further sources of information include the University’s Disability Advisory Services, which provides information and advice, The Common Framework for supporting disabled students and the Student Welfare Service
