I am a Project Manager with over 10 years' experience leading complex, multi-million-pound programmes across higher education, the NGO sector and private industry. I have delivered large-scale projects from inception to completion and have contributed to securing more than £50 million in funding across research and commercial environments.
I hold a BA in Management Studies and an MSc in International Development, alongside professional qualifications including PRINCE2 Practitioner, Professional Scrum Master (PSM I) and Agile Project Manager.
My career has included more than five years of international experience in South Korea, Madagascar and South Africa, where I worked across a range of educational and development-focused programmes.
I am currently a designated AI Ambassador for the University and have recently contributed to one of the University's largest organisational change programmes, the Pay & Conditions Programme. My professional interests include project delivery, organisational change, business continuity, digital transformation, and the responsible adoption of artificial intelligence.
