I've worked at the University of Oxford since 2007, in HAF roles in English, Modern Languages and now OSGA, as well as a secondment as a Continuous Improvement Practitioner on the Focus Programme.
Prior to that I've worked in professional services roles at a number of other universities (UEA, Sheffield, Manchester, Bolton). I have a degree in Economics and a Masters Degree in Organisation Development and Consultancy.
