- Sort Name (the affiliate's surname, for alphabetical listing)

- Role
- Telephone Number
- Email Address
Complete the below fields:
- Photo
- Upload at 'Manage Content' > 'Files,' then click 'Browse' below this text box, and choose the uploaded image.

- Do not use:
- Taxonomies
- Tertiary Text
Keep the text filter below this section, and all other text sections (including if you add any WYSIWYGs, or other widgets that use text fields like 'accordions' or 'tabs'), on 'Filtered HTML.' If you do not do this, the affiliate will not be able to edit their pages themselves.
Region 1 Notes:
Delete the CV tab in Region 1 if it is not to be used.
Publications Tab:
The Publications tab in Region 1 is set up to automatically list publications if the affiliate has publications listed in Symplectic Elements, the University's central database that records bibliographic and other information about research outputs. See more information here: https://oxfordmosaic.web.ox.ac.uk/documentation/publications.
If the affiliate does not use Symplectic Elements (which you'll know by saving their profile as a draft, and checking if the 'publications' tab has been automatically populated), delete that tab.
If the affiliate wants publications listed in another format (for example, a separate webpage or a PDF), change the CV tab to 'CV and Publications' and include that information there.
