Paulo Drinot is senior lecturer in Latin American History at the Institute of the Americas, University College London and co-editor of the Journal of Latin American Studies. He holds an undergraduate degree in economic history from LSE, an MPhil in Latin American Studies from the University of Oxford, and a DPhil in Modern History from Oxford.
