REES DPhil candidate Anna J. Davis’ new OBO Policy Brief on ‘Implications of the Russian Occupation of Civil Nuclear Sites in Ukraine’

The Oxford Belarus Observatory has released a Policy Brief by REES DPhil candidate, Anna J. Davis, on the risks and implications of the Russian occupation of the Chernobyl Nuclear Power Plant and the Zaporizhzhia Nuclear Power Plant in Ukraine during the ongoing invasion of Ukraine by Russian forces.
