I joined The University of Oxford as Personnel Officer in the Department of Politics and IR in 2013.
Prior to Oxford, I worked in various HR and business administration roles in automotive, banking, corporate and start-up organisations across several European countries.
As a member of the OSGA Professional Services Team, I am responsible for supervising the HR team and its operations working under direction of the Head of Administration and Finance.
My aim is to engage with all staff groups to provide strategic insights and recommendations for improvements to HR operations and services generally as well as supporting the delivery of the School's objectives in respect of people, culture, talent, recruitment and the development of other people-related strategies in the School.
Working closely with the OSGA Equality, Diversity and Inclusivity (ED&I) Lead, I support the development of and facilitate initiatives to advance equality and diversity and to principal issues of the recruitment, working and learning environment in the School.
I am also one of the School's Mental Health First Aiders.
