Ambassador Edmond is a seasoned career Diplomat and negotiator with many years of diplomatic service in Latin America and the Caribbean. Career highlights include vice chairmanship of OAS Committee on Juridical and Political Affairs and Hemispheric Security Committee and Member of the Presidential Commission to Negotiate Haiti’s accession to the CARICOM. Ambassador Edmond is an advocate for peaceful resolution of all conflicts that can foster productive cooperation and  solidarity between nations.
