Dr Ben Noble, will be presenting his book and sharing his insight on the 2021 EU Sakharov Prize winner, Alexei Navalny. 

Dr Noble is currently an Associate Professor of Russian Politics at UCL SSEES, while he is also an Associate Fellow at Chatham House, and a Senior Researcher at the Higher School of Economics in Russia.
