We are seeking a part-time (60%), fixed-term Departmental Lecturer to assist in teaching and supervision for the MSc and MPhil in Russian and East European Studies. The post is a part time fixed term post until 30 September 2019 made available due to the secondment of the permanent post holder.

You will also be required to undertake examining and administrative work, and will engage in advanced study and original research in the politics of Eastern Europe.

A commitment to Area Studies as an intellectual project is desirable. You will also have the ability to teach and lecture at an appropriate level in an interesting and engaging manner, and a willingness to undertake examining and administrative duties.
