Professor Nayanika Mathur will speak tomorrow, Tuesday 2 April, at the American University of Egypt, Cairo, about her recent book Paper Tiger: Law, Bureaucracy and the Developmental State in Himalayan India.
The event will take place at the Flamenco Hotel in Zamalek and is open to the public.
Professor Mathur will also give a lecture to members of the American University on Thursday 4 April.
