Kathiravan Muthu Wins 2016 Barbara Harriss-White Prize

We are delighted to announce that the winner of this year's Barbara Harriss-White prize for the best dissertation is Kathiravan Muthu.

His dissertation on the Indian Goods and Services Tax was awarded a distinction mark.

Kathir is now doing an internship at the UN in Geneva.
