Francesca Lessa's new book now available in Spanish

The book by Francesca Lessa, The Condor Trials: Transnational Repression and Human Rights in South America, is now also available in Spanish. The Spanish version is entitled Los juicios del Cóndor: la coordinación represiva y los crímenes de lesa humanidad en América del Sur and was released on October 11, 2022, by Penguin Random House Uruguay, published as part of their Taurus series. 

The book was translated by Uruguayan translator Maria Delgado and the translation into Spanish was kindly funded by the Oxford School of Global and Area Studies. For Dr Lessa, it is extremely important that her research is available in the countries that she works in as part of her ongoing collaborations and engagement with the Southern Cone.
